This could be the finest and highest-flow intake manifold we've ever seen. This handsome item is all-aluminum and includes a ½ inch id. fuel rail, fully welded AN –10
fuel fittings and billet flanges. And unlike many hand-crafted intakes, this one is beautifully welded both outside and/or inside for improved strength, smoothness and flow. It has extremely short runners for improved torque and top end response. Made to accept 70mm (or bigger) Ford throttle body or a customer supplied throttle body. Need to specify if using Factory Ignition or Crank Trigger. This may be the ultimate intake manifold. The HALTECH F10 is a powerful “realtime” programmable fuel injection system computer designed for those seeking optimum performance. It comes complete with wiring harness and all necessary sensors. No other system in the same class is as adaptable, easy to install or program.

The F10 System has up to 22 adjustable fuel maps each with 32 individual bars. The F10 will run up to 16000 rpm with better resolution and greater accuracy than ever before. The F10 is available in 2 configurations: F10 and F10-8. The standard configuration is the 4 injector driver F10, capable of controlling 4 low impedance or 8 high impedance injectors. The F10-8 has 8 injector drivers capable of controlling 8 low impedance or 16 high impedance injectors. Injectors can be fired all together in batches or can be staged when running high boost turbo or superchargers, or in applications such as 6 port rotary engines. If necessary an additional driver box can be added for more injector outputs. It has a Turbo timer control, auxiliary fuel pump control and shift light or RPM output control. Many of the fastest import cars rely on the earlier version the F9 and now on the F10 to control their fuel injection.

ALUMINUM FLYWHEELS
The flywheel itself is is made from either 6061 T6 or 2024 T3 aluminum depending on the model. All of these materials are tempered aluminums which are very very strong yet very lightweight. The friction surface is very special., uses a 1050 high carbon, alloy steel. This alloy is perfect for this use. It is incredibly durable allowing the user to use just about any clutch disc material available from organic to Kevlar and even sintered iron

For racing, combine the ACT Xtreme Pressure Plate with the Xtreme Race Disc for the ultimate in torque capacity, durability and quick shifting. What makes these units so unique is the radical increase in clamp load developed from a single specially designed diaphragm.

Clutch discs available in 4 or 6 pad solid hub design, these pads (pucks, buttons) are highly durable and resistant to heat. The copper ceramic material holds approximately 28% more torque than an organic lining. Copper ceramic discs engage fairly harsh and are not normally recommended for street use. ACT recommends 6 pad discs for larger sizes to absorb more heat and for smoother engagement. The 4 pad discs engage very harsh, shift faster and are well suited for smaller disc sizes for smaller engines.
